The Guilt of the Innocent (and other things)

Hello again, salutations and greetings to you, peace be upon your house, enjoy your stay, and thank the Lord above the Tarheels lost yesterday. It appears that the blueprint provided by our dear Wolfpack has resulted in the end of the high-powered Fedora offense. Hallelujah and amen. Let us hope my words don't come running back to me in late November like a dog to his vomit after the State-Carolina showdown (beatdown?) in Raleigh.

As we anxiously await such a momentous occasion, let us move on to less important things. Or one less important thing, rather. My writing career. As you are no doubt aware, The Last Kinmark came out last week. Early returns are promising if not overwhelming. It's gone about how I thought it would go. This is all part of my plan for a big Spring next year. We'll see.

For now, I want to update you on previously promised pieces of perfectly prepared parts of my next book, The Guilt of the Innocent. The second of the four-part series, The Kinmark Saga, will be available on Amazon starting October 1. In case you're wondering, no, I most certainly did not write it in the past 4 days. I already had the first draft done before releasing The Last Kinmark (which you can find on Amazon or through the "Click to Buy" button on the right).

To the update, what I'm planning is to release the first 17 chapters of The Guilt of the Innocent in 4 segments to members of my newsletter over the next month. The first of those segments will contain 5 chapters and will be released on this Monday, September 7. If you're reading this and would like to get those chapters, all you have to do is put your email in the big white box to the right and click "subscribe." If you're reading this after September 7, have no fear; I'll send you all the previously released chapters when you sign up.

Lastly, allow me to remind you that you can still vote for my excerpt in the Battle-off Competition through this link.
